Key Responsibilities
Design and animate original content across static motion and short-form video formats
Use After Effects Runway Firefly or other motion tools to breathe life into visual concepts
Collaborate with writers editors producers and AI creatives to co-create fast bold and culturally relevant content
Contribute to the evolution of a new visual language that integrates AI aesthetics and brand identity
Experiment with generative tools to expand design possibilities
Translate creative direction into high-impact visuals optimized for TikTok Instagram YouTube and emerging platforms
Balance multiple projects rapid feedback cycles and evolving creative directions with ease
Qualifications :
10 years of experience in graphic design motion design or content creation roles
Polished portfolio with static and animated work especially social-first assets
Expert-level skills in Figma Adobe Creative Suite After Effects and motion or animation tools
Hands-on familiarity with generative AI toolsor at least a strong desire to dive in and explore
Deep understanding of platform trends and audience behaviors across social channels
Proactive iterative and curious mindsetcomfortable testing and learning on the fly
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary settings
Bonus Points For
Experience with video editing or compositing workflows
Skills in illustration typography or sound design
Background in creating AI-generated visuals or interactive design
A personal creative practice or side project that explores AI motion or experimental content
