FILMMAKER// EAGLE BROOK CHURCH
JOB OBJECTIVES
- Produces film projects as assigned with the ability of leading them through all aspects of production (pre-production production post-production) and delivering them in a timely manner.
- Works primarily on creating content for weekend services and supporting messages.
- Reports to the Lead Filmmaker.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Produces content including attender stories interviews illustrations promo videos and other special projects as requested.
- Creates stories in a compelling way that helps bring clarity and purpose to a message.
- Constantly learning new techniques and following current trends in media/film.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with other teams including communication design music and production to bring projects to life.
- Works with Creative Director and Lead Filmmaker ideating projects to fit future needs.
- Maintains an efficient schedule throughout the creative process.
- Assists others on the team with projects as called upon.
- Keeps up to date on technical skills cameras gear editing software etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred education in Communications Film Media or Broadcast.
- Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brooks nine core beliefs.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related field.
- Highly skilled storyteller.
- Knowledgeable in all areas of video production: conceptualization pre-production lighting directing filming and editing.
- Works seamlessly with a variety of people and thrives both in team settings and when working independently.
- Demonstrates strong decision-making skills openness to feedback and a willingness to do what it takes to ensure project success.
JOB DETAILS
- Location: Centerville MN:85% at Central Office; 15% varied depending on shoot locations.
- Status: Exempt / Salary
- Salary Range: $55000 - $62000
- Full/Part Time: Full Time
- Regular/Temporary: Regular
- Workdays: Monday-Friday
- Work Hours: varies by role
- Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work from home one day per week

WORK ENVIROMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
