Job Description
AECOM is seeking for an Architect IV (Project Lead Architect) for employment in Bogota Colombia
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for providing architectural guidance calculations analysis studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.
- May manage various size groups of architects designers and/or specialists.
- Responsible for supervising work packages coordinating architectural deliverables leading assigned meetings and providing technical leadership to junior staff in coordination with the Lead Architect.
- May work on important size projects and/or assist Project Architectural or Engineering Managers with higher grades.
- Responsible for the development and technical coordination of assigned building packages including finishes and specifications maintaining communication and alignment with the client joint venture peer reviewers subcontractors and technical leads.
- Works in close coordination with the Architecture Lead and the projects technical management team making decisions based on a full understanding of company policies international codes and procedures to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications :
Minimum requirements
- Architect 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- English (B2-C1) required
- Expertise in Revit Adobe Suite and AutoCAD required.
Additional Information :
Preferable requirements
- Architect with 10 years of professional experience as an architect with solid experience in building and infrastructure projects.
- Experience in transport systems railways airports or industrial facilities is considered a strong asset.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage technical meetings and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration under tight schedules.
