Summary:
The Deal Clerk ensures accurate processing of vehicle sales deals supporting the accounting office and sales team. This role is key in keeping transactions smooth organized and compliant.
Duties &Responsibilities:
- Post vehicle sales deals and reconcile with sales team records
- Track review and finalize deal paperwork follow up on any missing documents
- Process payoffs for trade-ins and lease returns
- Compute commission vouchers and handle related reporting
- Communicate deal status to managers and team members
- Issue customer refunds and post funding notices
- Maintain a clean organized and professional work area
- Follow company policies procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications :
- Prior automotive office accounting or billing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with confidential information and meet deadlines
- Professional and positive communication skills
