Role Summary:
NBCUniversal is seeking a LINE PRODUCER. The Line Producer reports to the Executive in Charge of Production. The Line Producer will be responsible for day-to-day operational duties in connection with the production office and studio. This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of approximately 8 months unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Responsibilities:
Track Costs for the EIC and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Manage Production under EICs supervision
Coordinate with HR Legal and Accounting to ensure compliant processes
Responsible for studio schedules as well as serving as the primary point of contact for Studio Operations
Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager
Qualifications :
Basic Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook Power Point Teams and navigating the internet
Minimum 1-year prior experience as a Line Producer in film or television
Prior experience managing a team
Desired Characteristics:
Prior experience as a Line Producer for a daytime talk show preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
Superior organizational skills
Bachelors degree preferred
Additional Requirements:
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in United States
Must be able to work in Stamford CT and remotely
Must be willing to work overtime nights holidays and weekends often with short notice
