Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to assist with manufacturing and production recruiting efforts during the summer and fall. This position offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition employee engagement and HR best practices in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for production and manufacturing roles.
- Support recruitment efforts by conducting phone screens scheduling interviews and assistance with coordinating hiring events.
- Help with onboarding new hires including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure candidate information is up to date.
- Participate in HR administrative tasks such as updating job descriptions and organizing employee files.
- Collaborate with HR staff to enhance hiring strategies and employer branding.
- Provide general support to HR team as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in recruiting talent acquisition or employee relations.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
