Job Description
We are seeking a QA Tester with 58 years of experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) within the Banking & Insurance domain. The role involves test case detailing and execution aligned with business functional and non-functional requirements. Hands-on expertise in TOSCA and experience with tools like JIRA are essential. Exposure to teller or financial transaction systems is a plus.
- Detail and execute SIT Test Cases in alignment with signed-off business and functional specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing using TOSCA.
- Conduct API and database testing with a strong focus on SQL.
- Report and manage defects effectively through tools like JIRA or Micro Focus ALM.
- Engage in test planning strategy formulation and risk management activities.
- Prepare test documentation including reports and reviews.
- Ensure adherence to established STLC processes and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver tasks autonomously.
Qualifications :
- 58 years of experience in SIT and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of Banking & Insurance applications; familiarity with teller or financial transaction systems (Nice to Have).
- Proficient in TOSCA; knowledge of Selenium Java UFT (Good to Have).
- Expertise in API Testing database testing SQL and defect management.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA TestRail TM4J Xray Zephyr IBM Rational Quality Manager Micro Focus ALM QAComplete.
- Strong skills in test planning reporting reviews and risk management.
- Capable of autonomous task delivery with proactive contribution to process improvement.
