Job Description
We are growing and looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our team in Mexico City with a focus on design and delivery of CRM campaigns for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products.
Position Objective
Analyze customer behavioral data and develop segmentations models and personalized communication strategies to optimize the experience increase loyalty and detonate customer value. This profile combines technical skills (data modeling automation) with a business vision oriented to evolve towards a more strategic role in commercial decision making.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain customer segmentations based on behavior value product affinity risk among others.
- Extract clean and analyze customer databases to generate actionable insights.
- Create dashboards reports and models to identify commercial opportunities trends and risks.
- Collaborate with product analytics and marketing areas to define audiences business rules and personalization criteria.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns: engagement conversion retention up-sell and cross-sell.
- Participate in automation processes configuration of journeys and definition of triggers based on data.
- Propose strategies based on data findings to influence commercial and product decisions.
Qualifications :
- Advanced Excel intermediate or advanced SQL intermediate or advanced Python.
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI Tableau Looker etc.).
- Knowledge of customer analytics cohorts RFM models churn lifetime value.
- CRM/CDP platform management (e.g. Salesforce Oracle Adobe Campaign SAP Emarsys).
- Ability to structure data synthesize insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Conversational English.
Desirable:
- Notions of statistics predictive models or machine learning.
- Experience in retail fintech or financial products companies.
- Familiarity with ETL or Python/R tools for more robust analytics.
- Product / business mindset and skills to evolve into commercial strategy roles.
