Job Overview(Roles and responsibilities)
- Implement a customer strategy to maximize the value of major products and new products in the Territory.
- Contributing to the companys goals by achieving individual sales target.
- Provide values that can benefit both patients and internal and external partners and these contributed to the achievment of Santen Vision.
- In line with the direction of the company within the team to which he belongs he puts forth his best effort and contributes to the growth of the entire team.
Sales target and activity strategies
- To establish annual sales target through discussion with the team manager based on various data provided by the CE team.
- To impement the strategies for each product and customer in collaboration with the MKT.
- To perform the task(Monthly/weekly/Daily Strategy) to set up an activity strategy.
- Output: Sales target by individual sales target by customer Pre-Detail Call Plan weekly/daily activity plan (using OCE).
Customer activity
- To deliver accurate information and key message of products based on activity strategies for each facility(HCO).
- To execute the activity strategies of department and team.
Output: KPI Call Report SOV CS DS
Market information
- Identify facility(HCO) information of the hospital and clinic in charge and customer(HCP) information.
- Identify information using academic and industrial networks such as market issues and competitors trends.
Output: Market information report estimated prescription data M/S analysis Share competitor information.
ETC
- Business cooperation with other departments(MKT CE CP SCM HR IS MA)
- Efforts to compy with CP in facilities in charge.
- Output: Various reports collaboration with other departments
Qualifications :
- The Title of Certification: Drivers license
- Basic Requirements(Required Education Level): B.A
knowledge and Skill
- Understanding the ophthalmic market: Analytical ability and insight into the ophthalmic market (DDD analysis market understanding CSD Data analysis)
- Expansion of expertise: Achieving the goal by delivering accurate information and creating value of products.
- SFE: Strategy execution using S&T.
Job Competency
- Sales management: Market expansion of major products and successful launch of new productsM/S expansion.
- Co-work: Maximizing work efficiency through collaboration with related departments inside and outside the company and smooth communication between team members.
- CS: Improve CS skills and build trust with customers(HCPs) in charge.
- Self-management: As a high-leveled MR take the initiative in the works.
