Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Communications Administrator to join our growing team in Baltimore United States. In this pivotal role you will oversee and optimize internal communications processes while leading a team of communications professionals to ensure effective information flow throughout the organization.

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans and policies for internal stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals providing guidance and support for their professional development
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of corporate communication materials and templates
  • Manage multiple communication channels and platforms to ensure consistent messaging
  • Coordinate with department heads to streamline communication processes and improve efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and implement improvements
  • Organize and maintain documentation of communication procedures and best practices
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration
  • Manage crisis communications and emergency response protocols
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures for all internal communications

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in communications or administrative role
  • 2 years of demonstrated team leadership experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
  • Expert knowledge of internal communications best practices
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with digital communication platforms and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellence in strategic planning and execution
  • Crisis communication management experience
