Must have Skills : Dynamics 365 CRM Release Management
Job Description
- Strong technical background with proven track record in the following skills o Azure Cloud tech stack.
- Knowledge of Azure App Services functions and Azure Resource Management (ARM) templates and Azure DevOps.
- Project setup optimization proficient in pipelines boards and release management.
- Familiarity with deployment updates and integration of D365 applications.
- Power Platform: Understanding Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI deployment processes.
Excellent Communication skills that allow you to
- Be able to lead topics across multiple stakeholders and oversee and coordinate various aspects of software delivery
- To produce outstanding technical articles for documentation purposes
- Creating and managing release calendars and schedules.
- Aligning releases with project roadmaps and business goals.
- Capable of advising the team on the following: o Identifying risks in release processes and developing mitigation strategies.
- Planning rollback procedures for failed releases.
- Collaborating with development testing operations and business teams.
- Reporting release progress and status to stakeholders.
- Managing change requests and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Making informed decisions on release readiness and timing.
- Balancing speed of delivery with quality assurance.
