The Executive Director of Business Analysis plays a central role in understanding and optimizing Accors performance. He manages a team of analysts standardize analytical methods across the company and anticipate future performance based on complex data thus contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Mastery of Data Ecosystem: Manage and utilize complex data systems and have a deep understanding of Accor business model.
• Technical and Analytical Skills: Employ advanced technical skills in data manipulation and statistical analysis with a strong business orientation.
• Managerial Skills: Demonstrate strong managerial skills to lead a team of experts and transform data into operational strategies.

Your mission: 

• Team Management: Lead mentor and develop a team of business analysts.

• Performance Forecasting: Predict future business performance on key commercial indicators.

• Complex Analyses: Conduct complex ad hoc analyses by combining multiple data sources.

• Definition and Standardization: Establish and standardize new performance indicators and analytical methodologies across the group.

• Adoption of New Methodologies: Ensure the adoption and implementation of new analytical methods.

• Benchmarking: Compare the companys performance with competitors to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support and Reporting: Provide analytical support to the management teams and prepare detailed reports and clear presentations.

Qualifications :

And you 

• Business Engineering or Hotel management School degree

• 8 years experience in business analysis with significant experience in a leadership role

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL) and visualization software (e.g. Tableau).

• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex analyses.

• Management Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing analyst teams.

• Strategic Thinking: Vision to align analyses with company objectives.

• Languages: Proficiency in French and English written and spoken.
