Your Role
As part of our multi-disciplinary team youll support NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting by:
Managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals
Assessing emotional psychological cognitive developmental and physical function
Developing evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
Supporting participants in home school work and community settings
Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards
What Were Looking For
Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
A proactive and innovative mindset with a genuine desire to make a difference
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team
A passion for helping people in the disability sector
