Occupational Therapist Flexible Community Role
Location: Bayside Region Work Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Sector: NDIS / Community Health

Your Role
As an OT in our team youll make a meaningful difference through:
Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
Conducting clinical assessments across emotional psychological cognitive developmental and physical functions
Developing individualised evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
Providing environmental modification advice for homes schools workplaces and residential settings
Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
Working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
Qualifications :
What Youll Need to Succeed
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
A proactive client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
An interest in paediatrics complex needs or a preferred caseload area (lets tailor it together!)
