SWISS CAF SUPERVISOR (m/f/x)
Start Date: September 1 2025
Location: Marinsk Lzn Czech Republic

We are looking for a supervisor who will become the heart of our caf someone who can lead a team with grace ensure smooth daily operations and create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcome. WHAT WILL YOU DO
As Caf Supervisor youll be the heart of our elegant on-site Swiss Caf leading your team to deliver warm refined and memorable service. Youll ensure every cup and every guest interaction reflects the high standards of Swisstel hospitality.
- Lead daily caf operations manage the floor assign tasks and ensure seamless coffee and light dining service throughout the day.
- Inspire and support your team mentor baristas and service staff guide new colleagues and create an environment of teamwork and growth.
- Deliver high-quality service uphold Swisstels luxury service standards respond to guest needs and ensure a welcoming polished atmosphere.
- Take operational responsibility oversee opening and closing duties control inventory and supplies ensure proper use of caf equipment and manage billing and cash handling.
- Work cross-functionally coordinate with the kitchen front office and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth guest-focused operation.
- Uphold hygiene and safety ensure cleanliness enforce HACCP guidelines and monitor all safety standards in the caf.
Qualifications :
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- The ideal candidate brings leadership professionalism and a passion for hospitality to every shift.
- Experience in caf barista or restaurant management (minimum 3 years in a supervisory role)
- Strong barista skills and knowledge of specialty coffee preparation
- Excellent communication in Czech and German; English is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel is advantage
- Strong team leadership organizational and stress management skills
- Positive detail-oriented and excited to do things differently
