Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Taipei Taiwan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of our company. This is a full-time permanent position with growth opportunities for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements - Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement - Ensure compliance with all accounting principles and regulations - Prepare and submit tax returns financial statements and other required reports - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and other stakeholders - Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and plans - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field - CPA certification preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations - Proficient in MS Office and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Fluent in Mandarin and English We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - A dynamic and collaborative work environment - Training and support from experienced professionals - Exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for accounting we would love to hear from you.
