Position Title: Accountant/Bookkeeper
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: TBA
Salary: Php70000- Php80000
Holidays: QLD AU Holidays

We are looking for an Acountant/ Bookkeeper to join our team and support one of our Australian-based accounting clients. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting duties focusing on reconciling accounts and invoicing under the guidance of the business owner who is a senior accountant. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience some exposure to Australian tax practices and a strong eye for detail.

The right candidate will be dependable process-driven and committed to working within well-defined systems and workflows. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys being part of a streamlined supportive and professional environment.


JOB DESCRIPTION AS AN ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER

Your Responsibilities as an Accountant/ Bookkeeper will be:

Perform reconciliations and invoicing work accurately and on time.
Support the business owner by handling the groundwork of financial processes.
Participate in NDIS invoicing after training is provided.
Manage bank reconciliations accounts payable and receivable and assist with payroll.
Maintain accurate records using electronic and cloud-based systems.
Prepare client reports and financial summaries as instructed.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.


Qualifications as an Accountant/Bookkeeper:

Atleast 3 years of proven work experience in bookkeeping including reconciliations invoicing and general accounting tasks.
Familiarity with the Australian tax system is essential.
Willingness to be trained in NDIS invoicing processes.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently and accurately.
Experience with tools like Xero XPM MYOB QuickBooks and Practice Ignition is strongly preferred.



Excellent MS Excel Skills and experience
Experience with Active Campaign CRM is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.
Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team.
Transparent and honest in communication with a strong sense of accountability.
Respectful of established workflows and driven to produce timely high-quality work.
