Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and detailed project budgets including risk assessments and contingency plans.
- Oversee procurement of materials subcontractors and suppliers ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage construction contracts change orders and variations ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide cost advice progress updates and support in resolving contractual issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Experience in M&E QS
