Job Description
Position: Data Analyst
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: on site
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Holistics).
- Develop and manage data models and transformation workflows using tools such as dbt.
- Build and maintain data integration pipelines using tools like Airbyte DB Sync or similar platforms.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data across various databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and quality across reporting and analysis efforts.
- Present data findings clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data analysis business intelligence or analytics role.
- Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to write advanced and optimized queries.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or Snowflake.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI Tableau or Holistics.
- Practical experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation tasks.
- Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g. Airbyte DB Sync Qlik) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Effective communicator capable of presenting data insights clearly to different audiences.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced data-driven environment.
- Eligibility to work and reside in the companys location.
