Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive detail-oriented and empathetic Client Relations Specialist with native-level German language skills to join our vital team in Sofia. This is a hybrid role combining the collaborative energy of 2 days in our modern Sofia office with the flexibility of 3 days working remotely from home within Bulgaria. As a Client Relations Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking consumers providing expert support across various channels including phone email and chat. Your key responsibility will be to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction resolve inquiries efficiently offer comprehensive product information and maintain the high standards of service associated with our esteemed clients brand.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Support:
- Provide professional courteous and efficient support to German-speaking consumers via inbound phone calls emails and live chat.
- Address a wide range of consumer inquiries which may include product information usage guidance order status subscription management loyalty program details and general assistance.
- Listen actively to consumer needs identify their concerns and provide accurate tailored solutions that enhance their product experience.
- Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor even in challenging situations ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Problem Resolution & Troubleshooting:
- Investigate and resolve consumer complaints and issues with empathy patience and a strong solution-oriented approach.
- Guide consumers through troubleshooting steps for product-related queries or digital platform navigation where applicable.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear and timely communication with the consumer.
- Document all consumer interactions accurately and thoroughly within the CRM system ensuring comprehensive records for future reference and analysis.
Product Knowledge & Brand Representation:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients innovative hydration products services subscription models and brand policies.
- Stay continuously updated on new product launches flavor profiles features promotions and industry developments to provide accurate and timely information.
- Act as a true brand ambassador ensuring every consumer interaction reinforces a positive brand image trust and loyalty.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate effectively with team members supervisors and other departments (e.g. logistics marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent quality.
- Participate actively in training sessions team meetings and calibration exercises to enhance skills deepen product knowledge and ensure alignment with service standards.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights on consumer trends common issues and process improvements to help enhance overall consumer experience and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment sharing knowledge and best practices to foster collective success.
Who Were Looking For
Language Proficiency:
- German: Fluent/Native (C2 level) absolutely essential for effective communication with our German-speaking consumers.
- English: Proficient (B2 level minimum) required for internal communication training system navigation and collaboration with international teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English with a strong ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- A strong customer-first attitude with genuine empathy patience and a friendly approach.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to resolving consumer inquiries efficiently.
- Ability to learn quickly adapt to new information and embrace changes in products or systems.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various internal systems CRM software and communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team thriving in a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in customer service call center environments or a similar client-facing role is a valuable asset but not strictly mandatory comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude communication skills and eagerness to learn!
