About the Role:
As a Slovak-Speaking Client Relations Specialist you will be a key contributor to our commitment to providing top-tier customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for our Slovak-speaking clients addressing their inquiries resolving issues and guiding them through various services related to a prominent consumer goods product. Your role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction and upholding the reputation of excellence associated with our partner brand.
This position is fully on-site at our modern offices in Sofia fostering close collaboration with your team and a vibrant working environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will be diverse and centered on delivering exceptional client service:
1. Client Engagement & Communication:
- Provide professional courteous and efficient support to Slovak-speaking clients via various channels including phone email and potentially chat (depending on project needs).
- Handle a wide array of client inquiries including product information service details troubleshooting support order status and general account management for a leading consumer goods brand.
- Actively listen to client concerns ask clarifying questions to understand their needs fully and provide clear concise and effective solutions.
- Ensure proactive follow-up on client cases when necessary guaranteeing complete issue resolution and client satisfaction.
2. Issue Resolution & Product Expertise:
- Identify and resolve client problems with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach leveraging your growing knowledge of the product and associated services.
- Efficiently escalate complex or technical issues to specialized internal teams ensuring the client is kept informed throughout the resolution process.
- Utilize our internal systems and CRM tools effectively to accurately log all client interactions and relevant information.
- Continuously stay informed about new product releases updates promotions and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate effectively with team members supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive client experience.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your skills expand your knowledge and stay abreast of industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client service processes by identifying recurring issues sharing insights and suggesting potential solutions or enhancements.
- Assist in the creation and updating of helpful client-facing resources such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.

1. Language Skills:
- Fluent in Slovak (Native or C2-level proficiency is essential). You must possess an exceptional command of the Slovak language enabling you to communicate clearly precisely and accurately both verbally and in writing and understand nuanced communication.
- Proficient in English (at least B2 level). A solid working knowledge of English is required for internal communication training and utilizing our systems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovak with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine client-first mindset.
