Job Description
Architectural Designer
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary: $1200-$2500 Per month (subject to experience)
Start: Immediate
Our client a leader in residential and commercial property development in Phnom Penh is seeking a creative and skilled Architectural Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs for a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from concept through to construction documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers MEP designers and other construction professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated project design.
- Produce detailed drawings 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes regulations and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in architectural design for both residential and/or commercial properties.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of building construction materials and local regulations.
- Excellent design visualization and communication skills.
