The client service associate is responsible for providing customer service in US and non-US equities ADR conversions arbitrage fixed income options booking settlement control through DTC and Euroclear asset movements wire input and approval outgoing/ incoming transfers margin requirements corporate actions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client items settlement in our different platforms
- Process and document all client LOAs
- Process Client equity and fixed income trades
- Process client options trades
- Ensure matching and settlement of client trades
- Ensure all average price and facilitation accounts remain empty
- Correct any trade booking errors
- Monitor and assist with client margin and funding issues
- Facilitate client special handling items
- Trade review booking and risk monitoring on Nasdaq ACT System
Qualifications
- Al least a minimum knowledge of finance
- Advanced/fluent level of Spanish or Portuguese
- Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Maintain customer satisfaction and demonstrate patience with them
- Self-starter and independent thinker and be able to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
