SALARY: $104800 - $124450 bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
Were looking for a Water and Wastewater Subject Matter Expert to lead the charge in advancing water stewardship across our North American operations. In this high-impact role youll drive innovative strategies to reduce water use improve water quality and ensure regulatory compliance. From developing and executing a water strategy to deploying cutting-edge treatment technologies and sharing best practices across teams youll be at the forefront of transforming how we manage one of the planets most vital resources.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct ongoing performance monitoring of water use across NAZ breweries.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to water consumption and discharge to zone and global leadership.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive benchmarking program comparing internal water use to industry standards and global leaders.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for water use efficiency improvements.
Lead companywide initiatives to reduce water consumption and improve water quality.
Develop and implement a corporate water strategy aligned with short- and long-term sustainability and financial goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices in water management.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for water- and wastewater-related processes.
Manage maintenance plans and best practice routines for relevant equipment.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and equipment/process specifications for water management across the organization.
Support the environmental team to ensure compliance with local national water regulations.
Evaluate and recommend innovative water treatment solutions.
Provide technical input for capital projects involving water infrastructure.
Conduct site assessments and audits to identify water-related risks and opportunities.
Lead training sessions and workshops to promote awareness and education on water stewardship and equipment operation.
Facilitate internal and external knowledge sharing on water conservation best practices.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
3 years experience in production environment
Proficient in mechanical chemical and biological water treatment
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Driven to implement business changes/improvements
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Travel up to 25%
