Job Description
I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for a Facilities Administrator/Building Maintenance Support Tech in Kennesaw Ga
Job Responsibilities:
assisting in coordinating all office warehouse & building service repairs
must be computer literate maintain and upkeep of office supplies hardware to include computers printers etc.
will perform daily janitorial tasks such as sweeping emptying trash etc. & may assist with routine cleaning of the warehouse
maintains cleanliness of the outside of the building ensuring its free of debris etc.
must possess basic computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office
ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
Essential Job Functions:
Must be able to move up to 50lbs.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 25% of the shift
Constantly works in indoor/outdoor weather conditions
Work Environment:
Must be able to wear protective gear such as steel toed boots
Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures. Workspaces may not be temperature-controlled.
May have to get into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 10AM-6:30PM with overtime as needed
Payrate:
$17.75/hr.
