- Engage with potential members provide high-energy studio tours and convert interest into long-term memberships
- Create a welcoming positive first impression that reflects the Orangetheory brand
- Drive B2B Outreach & Local Partnerships
- Proactively network within the community and cultivate B2B partnerships to boost member acquisition
- Identify and execute local events promotions and outreach opportunities
- Lead Train and Motivate the Sales Team
- Be a role model by demonstrating sales excellence and a positive attitude every day
- Support onboarding development and training of new Sales Associates to hit goals and deliver top-tier service
- Operations & Revenue Management
- Take ownership of studio inventory revenue tracking and operational tasks
- Assist the Studio Manager in executing daily business functions with precision and excellence
What Were Looking For:
- 12 years of sales or fitness industry experience (fitness sales is a huge plus!)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passion for health fitness and the Orangetheory brand
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and team-first attitude

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
