Job Description
The Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership aims to increase postsecondary credentials and workforce success for Tarrant County students. Currently only 39% of adults have an associate degree or higher despite 65% of jobs requiring post-secondary education. T3 provides resources financial assistance and opportunities to students and families equipping them for successful careers. Through collaboration with various organizations we strive for inclusive pathways to education. Our goal is systemic change that positively impacts the entire Tarrant County community for generations to come.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership is seeking a creative detail-oriented Video Production Associate to support the ongoing growth and impact of our T3 Pathways to Careers (P2C) Video Production Team. This position plays a key role in editing and producing engaging high-quality video content for our student- and family-facing platforms. Core video categories include Family Alliance Postsecondary Pathways College Success Workforce Development Industry Interviews Career Clusters Programs of Study and more.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. They should also be highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent projects through Asana or a similar project management tool ensuring timely delivery brand consistency and alignment with T3s communication goals.
This role collaborates closely with internal teams and T3 Video Production Interns contributing not only as an editor but also as a co-manager of video production shoots both on-site and off-site. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the development and structuring of video storyboards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit and finalize video content across all T3 P2C categories ensuring visual clarity pacing accessibility and alignment with T3 branding standards.
- Design and animate graphics lower thirds transitions and effects in Adobe After Effects as needed to enhance storytelling.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator for light graphic design needs including icon integration logo adjustments or overlays.
- Assist in the co-management of on-site and off-site video production shoots including logistics setup and coordination.
- Support the development and organization of storyboardsin collaboration with production leads and department stakeholders.
- Manage and track project timelines revisions and cross-departmental feedback using Asana.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand content goals and adjust editing styles accordingly.
- Mentor and support interns on the T3 P2C Video Production Team providing guidance on workflow and technical best practices.
- Maintain organized file structures and video asset libraries.
- Participate in regular team check-ins editing reviews and collaborative planning sessions.
- ecosystem of support for student success.
- Other Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelors degree in Film Television Digital Media or a related field.
Required Experience
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Experience managing projects using Asana or similar project management tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly in nonprofits education workforce development or with economically disadvantaged students and families.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position may require frequent travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding suburbs.
