Nursery Practitioner Levelhours per week all year round

Our client a welcoming and well-established nursery is looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing.

The Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and early education working closely with colleagues to create a safe stimulating and supportive environment for children aged 05. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a child-centred setting and is committed to supporting every childs unique journey.

What Were Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS child development and safeguarding practices
  • A positive proactive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting childrens development and wellbeing
  • Clear communication skills and a commitment to inclusive respectful practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Build strong nurturing relationships with children and families
  • Promote childrens emotional physical and cognitive development through play and structured learning
  • Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and observations
  • Support a safe inclusive and caring nursery environment ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed
  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive staff culture
