What Youll Do:
- Provide a warm professional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
- Leverage your product knowledge and consultative skills to match customers with the right vehicle
- Guide buyers through the full sales process from test drive to close with clarity and confidence
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while supporting overall team success
- Stay current on new models features and incentives to keep your edge sharp
- Mentor newer sales team members by sharing best practices and contributing to a high-performance culture
What Were Looking For
- Proven success in sales (automotive solar cellular or similar industries)
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and customer-focused with a passion for helping others
- Team-oriented with a competitive drive and strong professional integrity
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer systems
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
