About The Role
TNA Manufacturing located in Wilsonville is looking for an enthusiastic QA/QC Coordinator who will assist with our day-to-day operations. This role drives the development of our quality assurance system. You report directly to the Global Quality Manager based in Australia. Do you have what it takes to take our quality to the next level
Key responsibilities
- Performing the quality checks on fabrication assembly and inspection of inward and outgoing goods;
- Leading the FATs for all machines produced inhouse and externally;
- Document and keep up to date a register of all non-conformances ensuring they are regularly reported;
- Implement suitable corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) so a demonstrable improvement can be measured.
- Produce a monthly report of QA activity & data collected including non-conformances repeat non-conformances client complaints DOAs;
- Driving the development of our quality assurance procedures and documentation.
Qualification and Experience
- Trade or Technical College;
- Bachelors degree work and thinking level and/or experience.
Desired Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment preferably in an environment with complex products both on construction as well as on assembly side;
- Experience in fabricating Stainless-Steel components and construction of machinery under HACCP standards is preferable;
- Methodical and well organized;
- Able to multi tasks be flexible and work under pressure;
- Self-motivated and driven able to work unsupervised but be part of the bigger team;
- Ability to manage & contend with strong personalities;
- Able to problem solve & make decisions in line with organizational philosophies and practices;
- High level of written verbal and numeracy skills;
- Demonstrates a willingness & ability to deliver information using different methods and ensuring that messages have been received and understood;
- Able to read and understand engineering and production drawings;
- Visual welding inspection training preferable;
- Sound PC skills;
- Identification with tna values including being passionate being responsible welcoming change and being a team player;
- English language proficiency written and verbal.
