Job Summary
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote holistic development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Assess and monitor childrens progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Encourage social emotional and cognitive growth through interactive activities.
- State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching role preferably in a preschool setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and curricula.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
