Job Summary:
As an Autonomy Engineering Specialist at Caterpillar you will play a key role in developing and integrating advanced autonomous technologies into Caterpillars next-generation machinery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and validate intelligent systems that enable machine perception decision-making and control in complex off-highway environments. This role requires a strong foundation in robotics artificial intelligence and software architecture along with hands-on experience in deploying autonomy solutions in real-world applications.
You will be responsible for driving innovation in autonomy features such as object detection path planning localization and remote operation. Your work will directly contribute to Caterpillars mission to build a safer more efficient and sustainable future through cutting-edge technology.

This position requires the candidate towork full-time at the Mossville IL office.
Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.
