Job Focus: Under general supervision employees in this position are responsible for the general administration of computer servers software and server administration. As assigned by the IT Manager the IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration of the assigned computer systems. The IT System Administrator is responsible for the daily operations Maintenance Upgrades and ensuring proper disaster recovery procedures. The IT System Administrator is responsible for managing user accounts the integrity of the data and operating systems as well as the systems primary and secondary functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from college with a bachelors degree in a computer related field or Five (5) years of specialized training related
to computer operations network software. - Experience with computer Networks (LAN WANS VLANS)
- Experience with VM computer environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing the duties of Information Technology Specialist.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Windows Server operating system Domains management configuring and
troubleshooting. - Demonstrated good communication skills and ability to maintain excellent customer relations.
- Demonstrated ability to follow college policy and various processes and procedures.
- . Must successfully pass criminal background check.
- Valid drivers license
Note: Related work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis industry certifications such as CompTIA A Network MCP MCSA ACS and or CCNA are highly desirable.
