Job Description

The opportunity

Were on the lookout for two (2) experienced and inspiring Clinical Managers to lead our residential care clinical teams one based in Wagga Wagga and the other in Albury in the Riverina Murray region. In these pivotal roles youll be the driving force behind high-quality person-centred care. Youll empower nursing staff guide clinical practices and champion excellence every step of the way.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Leading clinical care delivery and ensuring best practice standards
  • Coaching and mentoring nursing staff and fostering a strong team culture
  • Driving quality improvement and innovation in resident care
  • Overseeing clinical documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Collaborating with leadership to create a safe and positive care environment

What You Bring

Essential:

  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
  • Minimum 4 years post-registration experience with 3 years in a relevant specialty
  • Clinical leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development
  • A flexible proactive and people-focused approach

Desirable:

  • Experience in aged care services
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology Palliative Care or Education
  • Strong background in evidence-based care and clinical systems
