How do you excel in this position
The Service Operations Manager must have the ability to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and company profitability through customer consultation technician leadership service sales and coordination.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electronics Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
- At least five (5) years experience working with mechanical and/or control systems.
- Advanced knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry control theory automatic temperature controls building automation systems and other building sub-systems required.
Additional skills preferred but not required
- Three (3) years supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON BacNet etc) preferred.
