Inviting applications for Associate and Senior Process Associate Chat and Email support

In this role the shortlisted candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer queries. This position may analyze customer relationships documentation activity patterns and transactions to detect potential suspicious activity through the monitoring systems to identify potential regulatory or terms of service violations by customer. Specifically when items have been identified to potentially be outside of encouraged norms the analyst will bring up to management cases requiring further investigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support via chat and email to address customer inquiries issues and service requests.
  • Resolve technical problems service disruptions or inquiries in a clear concise and efficient manner.
  • Maintain high-quality standards of communication ensuring that all responses are accurate polite and professional.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Document and track customer interactions accurately in the customer service management system (CRM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product Technical Support) to address complex customer concerns.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time resolution time and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with meaningful experience of Banking operations proven track record
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clear professional and friendly messaging.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service management systems or live chat platforms (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk Intercom) is a plus.
  • Basic technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about products/services.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Good experience in MS-Office applications like Excel Word Power point Outlook etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Banking support role
  • Familiarity with the Banking industry/product line.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
