Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Workday Technical Consultant with 23 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role you will support the development configuration and maintenance of Workday integrations and reporting solutions while collaborating closely with HR IT and functional business teams. This is a great opportunity to grow your Workday expertise in a hands-on client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design development testing and deployment of Workday integrations using:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio (basic to intermediate)
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Assist with building custom and advanced reports (e.g. Matrix Composite Reports).
- Work on calculated fields and business process configurations.
- Participate in Workday implementations enhancements and support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and data-related problems.
- Document technical specifications configurations and processes clearly.
- Stay updated on Workday updates and participate in testing during releases.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in Workday technical roles especially with integrations and reporting.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with:
- XML XSLT
- Workday EIB Core Connectors
- Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields
- Workday ExtendBIRT
- Understanding of Workday HCM data model and business processes.
- Strong problem-solving time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Workday Studio or willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience with Workday security and permissions.
- Workday certification in Core Integrations Studio or Reporting (a plus).
- Experience working with global teams or clients.
