Service Advisor Wanted - Fredericton Kia!
Hey there! Were looking for a super friendly and highly dynamic person to join our Service Advisor team at Fredericton Kia part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi Volvo Cars New Brunswick 5 ReCar locations St Croix Auto Fredericton Kia Miramichi Kia Velocity Autobody & 11 Wonder Auto locations.
No prior automotive experience is neededjust a genuine desire to help people and excellent communication skills.
As a Service Advisor you play a key role as part of our Service Team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to complete maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Scheduling convenient appointment times for customers
Confirming any maintenance or services due with customers
Following up with customers after their visit to ensure we exceeded their expectations
Assisting customers and businesses with their parts and accessory needs
Other tasks that enhance the customer experience
Compensation Potential earnings of $ 55 000-$70 000
19-23/hour with addition of a monthly bonus incentive plan designed to reward high performing employees.
Full Benefit package consisting of dental medical health coverage.
Currently this position is offered with no scheduled nights or weekends.
