About the role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time 12-month contract.
In his role you will support and enhance our MySales incentive platform (powered by Performio). This is a key role within our Finance Systems & Data Analytics team focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our incentive processes that directly impact sales performance and engagement.
Youll be the primary go-to for system-related queries data integrity issues and enhancementsworking closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a seamless and reliable experience for our end users.
In addition to supporting the MySales system youll contribute to broader business and systems analysis across our finance systems landscape.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the MySales (Performio) system to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive data.
- Provide first-line support for user queries including system access data issues and reporting concerns.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies calculation errors and system anomalies to uphold data integrity.
- Liaise with Performio and internal teams to manage system updates enhancements and issue resolution.
- Monitor system data feeds and integrations to ensure reliability and completeness of incentive-related data.
- Document processes create user guides and support training and knowledge sharing across the business.
About You
- You have experience working with incentive systems or similar business platforms (Performio experience a bonus).
- Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity for identifying and solving data-related issues.
- Comfortable working across teams with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-focused with a methodical approach to testing validation and documentation.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment meeting deadlines with accuracy.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in continuous improvement and system optimisation.
