Reporting to our Sales Support Manager the Sales Coordinator - New Clients plays a pivotal role within Infinite Care by offering superior customer service to generate and qualify new client leads for our national business across 17 care homes and growing. The key scope of this role is to proactively outreach new client enquiries via our 1800 channels showcasing our products services and care offerings to close the new client sale ready to handover to our admissions team to start onboarding our new residents and broader support to their families.
