Maintenance Technician
Location: Sterling Heights - Mound Road MI 48310
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sterling Heights. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings. This includes troubleshooting electrical mechanical and plumbing issues as well as performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail be able to work independently and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and buildings
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical mechanical and plumbing issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed
- Assist with building renovations and construction projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
