- Travel to customer locations to perform installation maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Conduct routine service and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls parts used and work performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and solutions.
- Ensure tools parts and service vehicles are maintained in proper working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Provide technical support and training to customers as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in field service or technical repair role (specific to industry e.g. automotive HVAC telecommunications etc.).
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Proficient with mobile devices diagnostic tools and service reporting software.
- Previous mobile experience preferred
