Job Description
Position: Data Analyst
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work Model: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive base salary dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that support business strategy and decision-making
- Design build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Holistics
- Create and manage data models and transformation workflows with tools like dbt
- Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines using platforms such as Airbyte DB Sync or similar
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract transform and analyze data from multiple databases
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Ensure data consistency accuracy and integrity across all reports and analyses
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis business intelligence or a similar role
- Advanced SQL skills with experience working on relational databases like MySQL PostgreSQL or Snowflake
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting
- Solid experience with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Holistics
- Hands-on knowledge of dbt for managing data transformation workflows
- Familiarity with data integration tools like Airbyte DB Sync or Qlik is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of Python is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present data insights to a variety of audiences
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced data-driven environment
- Must have the right to live and work in Cyprus
