DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Principals and Managers to deliver client value
- Manage complete tax compliance for diverse clients
- Initiate client communication to foster strong relationships
- Analyze client structures and aid in tax advice preparation
- Create financial statements track KPIs and develop client goals
- Identify avenues for enhancing client business growth
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- 2-3 years in professional practice as an Accountant
- Familiarity with current tax legislation and application with partner guidance
- Skilled in managing client portfolios
- Ability to mentor junior/intermediate staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative self-confidence and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Handisoft MYOB Quickbooks Xero and Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic about developing a fulfilling career
- Passionate about supporting clients in business growth
