Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors offering excellent customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth daily operations of our front desk and overall office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
Manage the front desk including receiving deliveries and handling mail
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a receptionist administrative or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
