Job Description
Beloform is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications strategies. This role involves managing communication projects preparing written content and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication plans for internal and external stakeholders
Draft and edit company announcements press releases newsletters and presentations
Coordinate communication across departments to ensure consistent messaging
Assist with event planning and coordination for meetings conferences and corporate events
Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership
Maintain accurate records and documentation of communication activities
Collaborate with vendors partners and internal teams as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
