We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our growing operations team in Birmingham AL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse functions efficiently by handling shipping receiving stocking and organizing inventory.
Responsibilities
Receive inspect and store incoming shipments accurately
Pick and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed)
Keep inventory records up to date and assist with regular audits
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and organizational skills
Punctuality and strong work ethic
Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Forklift certification is a plus
