We are seeking a highly qualified or certified science instructor who can teach physical and life science or more advanced degree from and accredited institution Teaching Experience minimum 1 year preferred Identity Verified print (IVP) Finger Clearance Card through Arizona Department of Public Safety or ability to obtain prior to start dateWill consider candidates with a strong background in a science-related job field if teaching experience is less than one :*Teaching standard-based instruction with proficiency*Knowledge of best practices and implementation of differentiated instructional strategies *Fostering continued growth of established school culture*Participate in weekly team meetings PLC meetings Professional Development etc.*Enforce all administration policies and rules governing students*Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction demonstration and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe question and investigate.*Prepare administer and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students*Demonstrate high level of knowledge and skill in subject area*Knowledge of Arizona College and Career Readiness Standards*Organizes and effectively communicates class/course objectives standards and requirements for successful achievement e.g. syllabi tests specific tasks.*Provides guidance and assistance to students as needed in order to ensure appropriate assimilation of the course content in an effort to support student success and achievementCandidates offered and accepting critical needs teaching positions in Science may be eligible to receive a one-time $1500 :Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance
