Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate caring and dedicated Early Intervention Service Coordinator with knowledge of birth-5 child development to join our collaborative multidisciplinary Early Intervention team in the Roanoke Virginia area.
We are hiring for the following schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
What Youll Do
As an Early Intervention Service Coordinator you will provide case management services to children from birth to age three with developmental delays and disabilities. This role assists families in identifying developmental goals while providing support and resources to reach those goals. This is a hybrid position that includes travel to our familys homes/community settings in the Roanoke Virginia area as well as our office. Candidates must be willing to commute in the Roanoke area to see families.

What Were Looking For
To join our team as an Early Intervention Service Coordinator you must have a passion to help others excellent communication skills case management experience be able to work independently with minimal supervision and a valid drivers license with current auto insurance and a good driving record.
