Company:
Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services is developing T-7 Courseware and Training for a US Air Force. We are seeking an experienced United States Air Force Maintenance Technician to develop T-7 maintenance training material and conduct maintenance training in support of the T-7 Program.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the San Antonio TX location.
Position Responsibilities:
Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements.
Develops technical training proposals.
Evaluates and determines training objectives content design and technologies.
Uses specialized software technology to research develop and modify new and existing media and materials.
Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants.
Researches develops delivers and evaluates effectiveness of standard technical training.
Supports developing and documenting training standards and specifications.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 years of experience performing aircraft maintenance on USAF aircraft.
Prior United States Air Force experience.
Fluency and/or adaptability with computer-based applications
Ability to type adequately on a keyboard
Experience with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Maintenance Instructor Experience
Courseware Development Experience
T-7 maintenance Experience.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD4 years related work experience Master7 years related work experience 13 years related work experience etc.).
